An unexpectedly hard shot by Pankracy Cerocki in the 21st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balazs Lajos struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Leszek Huchro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. After 27 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arkadiusz Witwicki was slow to take the kick. During this time BESTIA GDAŃSK's players had a chance to rest. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Leszek Huchro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vörös Henrik during the 43rd minute.
