KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Vie in the 17th minute of play. David Reitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolf van Goetsenhoven hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Jonathan Vie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaud De Schutter should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Åsnes's Jonathan Vie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaud De Schutter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Reinaud De Schutter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Vie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Åsnes booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerom Beetens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petter Vartdal in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolf van Goetsenhoven in the 43rd minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Christer Waaler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jonathan Vie fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åsnes's protests and gave Jonathan Vie a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Åsnes getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Jonathan Vie hit a great ball. Jan-Kenneth Woll lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Åsnes! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Petter Vartdal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reinaud De Schutter should have stopped the shot. Petter Vartdal struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Reinaud De Schutter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åsnes. 57 minutes into the game, Petter Vartdal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. Petter Vartdal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. In the 60th match minute, Åsnes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Endre Svensen to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the game, David Reitan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åsnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Paal-Tervant the free kick. Reinaud De Schutter was a little too slow when Jonathan Vie got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-5. Reinaud De Schutter came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Åsnes's Jonathan Vie. But to his dismay, Jonathan Vie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Jonathan Vie struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Reinaud De Schutter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åsnes. Reinaud De Schutter made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Jonathan Vie sent off a good shot on target. Reinaud De Schutter was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jonathan Vie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 76 minute of play. With a little luck, KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter got control of the ball when Jonathan Vie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reinaud De Schutter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Hebnes in the 84th minute of play. Jonathan Vie scored 1-8 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reinaud De Schutter, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Vie in the 89th minute of the match. Bartjan Parmentier hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Reinaud De Schutter acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from David Reitan. 96 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Vartdal came free, but Reinaud De Schutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åsnes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
