David Reitan spun around in front of the goal 5 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Prishtina FC's goal. In the 10th match minute, Prishtina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lilo Berberi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Prishtina FC's zone, Jonathan Vie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erjuz Marko came out of the goal and Jonathan Vie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Jonathan Vie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prishtina FC's Erjuz Marko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Jonathan Vie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erjuz Marko, 2-0. Petter Vartdal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Erjuz Marko made a huge save. Erjuz Marko made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Reitan in the 26th minute. After 29 played minutes Prishtina FC got a freekick which was hit by Labinot Grazhdani. Åsnes's David Reitan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 30th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Erjuz Marko but with some difficulty. In the 32nd minute, Åsnes's David Reitan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erjuz Marko. Erjuz Marko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After 34 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Vie. Erjuz Marko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petter Vartdal in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes, Jan-Kenneth Woll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åsnes and the Prishtina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Jan-Kenneth Woll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Prishtina FC's zone, Tor-Kristian Fosse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erjuz Marko came out of the goal and Tor-Kristian Fosse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Petter Vartdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petter Vartdals short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Erjuz Marko to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Petter Vartdal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Erjuz Marko made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petter Vartdal to strike the kick off in the second half. Drian Veleshta kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Petter Vartdal made a precise shot to the right of Erjuz Marko. Prishtina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 57th match minute, Prishtina FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Drian Veleshta to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, David Reitan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Prishtina FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Patriot Hysi hit a great ball. Erjuz Marko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petter Vartdal went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Petter Vartdal got a free kick in the 65th minute. Christer Waaler was a little too slow when Alket Galica got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 5-1. Erjuz Marko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Vartdal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christer Waaler acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 75th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Patriot Hysi. After 83 minutes, Ardit Shkodrani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Prishtina FC and the Åsnes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ardit Shkodrani hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Petter Vartdal made a precise shot to the right of Erjuz Marko. Prishtina FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Jonathan Vie hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The supporters of Åsnes booed when Prishtina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lilo Berberi didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Åsnes were the better team. Åsnes's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
