Vitaliy Vischak acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 27th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Manfred Kottsieper. Alemannia Aachen's Jess Carnduff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 29th minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Alemannia Aachen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateusz Rydel to maneuver through the defense. Aulis Salomaa hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the game, Valter Xabat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vitaliy Vischak. Valter Xabat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. A sloppy throw-in by Aulis Salomaa in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Soroca F.C.'s Natalio Mazuste. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Valter Xabat came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrián Espadas couldn't finish the play. Soroca F.C. made a substitution.
