In the 12th minute, Maximino Cabezon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ACF Fiorentina fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. ACF Fiorentina's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Jānis Blūms scored to the left of an out of position Claudinei Velloso, making the score, 1-1. In the 24th minute Zoltán Tálas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ACF Fiorentina's Claudinei Velloso got control of the ball when Jānis Blūms tried to sneak it across the goal line. ACF Fiorentina's Claudinei Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Tálas in the 32nd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximino Cabezon was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the ACF Fiorentina defense, Zoltán Tálas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinei Velloso. The ACF Fiorentina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinei Velloso should have stopped the shot. If Jānis Blūms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Arias Navas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Jānis Blūms made a precise shot to the right of Claudinei Velloso. ACF Fiorentina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. ACF Fiorentina's Ariel Jesus was substituted for Maximino Cabezon. ACF Fiorentina's Federico Teofilio was substituted for Rigoberto Rozarius. Claudinei Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Valadão in the 67th minute of play. ACF Fiorentina's Claudinei Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jānis Blūms in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75thth minute of the game Jānis Blūms who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ACF Fiorentina's Claudinei Velloso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute Paulo Valadão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Velloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Godofredo Suarez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Leal Simões was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. KINGS FC's Cássio Calçada was substituted for Jānis Blūms. Leal Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ariel Jesus went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Leal Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Claudinei Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Valadão in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of KINGS FC booed when ACF Fiorentina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zoltán Tálas in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinei Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. KINGS FC fully deserved thier win.
