Mithat Egin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fletcher Main, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fletcher Main sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Mehmet Ali Buğrahan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fenerbahçe51 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Erman Genç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zac O'Donnell in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mithat Egin saved Fenerbahçe51 from getting behind. A collision led to Fenerbahçe51 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Efe Bayraktaroğlu hit a great ball. With a little luck, Scotland's Alexander Higgins got control of the ball when Mehmet Ali Buğrahan tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Ali Buğrahan made a kick off. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Ali Buğrahan in the 54th minute of play. Zac O'Donnell charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fenerbahçe51 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Scotland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
