Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Antal Valentin made the kick off which started today's match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alex Lundkvist saved Meadow Village from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that Katona Janos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alex Lundkvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 11th minute of the match. Jarbas Sabóia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 played minutes Meadow Village got a freekick which was hit by Sten Jansson. In the 27th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vörös Henrik to maneuver through the defense. Szekeres Tamas kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Jarbas Sabóia might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarbas Sabóia ran back to his position shaking his head. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarbas Sabóia in the 43rd minute of play. In the 45th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Lundkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Jarbas Sabóia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Hungary were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evert Ahlrot to make the kick off. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Ahlrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Alex Lundkvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 74th minute of play forced Meadow Village's goalkeeper Alex Lundkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 75th minute. Meadow Village's Kurt Almqvist was substituted for Frans Valrot. The supporters of Meadow Village booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antal Valentin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Alex Lundkvist made a huge save. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vörös Henrik hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Ahlrot in the 83rd minute of play. The corner ended in Kurt Almqvist almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evert Ahlrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hegedus Henrik hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Kurt Almqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Kurt Almqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
