Gösta Bergqvist came out of the goal and Carlos José Opazo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baumar Ontanilla in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gösta Bergqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baumar Ontanilla took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gösta Bergqvist. Gösta Bergqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 30 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Vitaliy Fedchenko came free, but Gösta Bergqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Gnesta Oilers's protests and gave Sakarias Hellbom a yellow card for diving instead. Sakarias Hellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baumar Ontanilla in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gösta Bergqvist saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anders Bergqvist during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anders Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Gnesta Oilers's Gösta Bergqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaliy Fedchenko in the 44th minute of play. Gösta Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baumar Ontanilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baumar Ontanilla to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Gösta Bergqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baumar Ontanilla. Gnesta Oilers's Gösta Bergqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Gnesta Oilers from getting a goal against them. Vitaliy Fedchenko received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gösta Bergqvist was a little too slow when Baumar Ontanilla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-7. Osvaldo Campino hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Vitaliy Fedchenko did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised Gösta Bergqvist 75 minutes into the match. Gnesta Oilers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Felix Txilar scored to the left of an out of position Gösta Bergqvist, making the score, 0-10. If Jack Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gnesta Oilers's Erik Lundqvist got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Erik Lundqvist off the ground. In the 93rd minute, Erik Lundqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Gösta Bergqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos José Opazo. Gösta Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baumar Ontanilla in the 96th minute of the match.
