In the 4th minute, Vincent Abubakar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ozanköy u21 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Özdemir Kutluay kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Dogelo's goal looked a bit too open when Ren Xi Chen came free, but Manúel Bento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Ren Xi Chen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manúel Bento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Nilton Paraíba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dogelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilton Paraíba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seyhan Atlıhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ren Xi Chen in the 16th minute of play forced Dogelo's goalkeeper Manúel Bento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manúel Bento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ren Xi Chen, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ozanköy u21's Seyhan Atlıhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Ozanköy u21 from getting a goal against them. Manúel Bento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Resulhan Lemi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seyhan Atlıhan came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Dogelo's Oliverios Marcilla. But to his dismay, Oliverios Marcilla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Seyhan Atlıhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michel Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of Ozanköy u21 booed when Dogelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliézer Vides didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dogelo's Manúel Bento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ren Xi Chen in the 42nd minute of play. Ren Xi Chen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manúel Bento having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilton Paraíba in the 45th minute of play forced Ozanköy u21's goalkeeper Seyhan Atlıhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seyhan Atlıhan made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Oliverios Marcilla sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Michel Zanette was the one to do the kick off. Seyhan Atlıhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Seyhan Atlıhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nilton Paraíba in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ozanköy u21's Anders Eriksson got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, Ren Xi Chen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ozanköy u21 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 79th minute, Ren Xi Chen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manúel Bento. The goal made the score 1-4. Seyhan Atlıhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Zanette in the 85th minute of the match. Seyhan Atlıhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Danış Garipbaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Zanette in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seyhan Atlıhan saved Ozanköy u21 from getting behind. The Ozanköy u21 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ozanköy u21 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
