Holger Vennerlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ren Xi Chen's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. If Ren Xi Chen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ozanköy u21 fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Ozanköy u21's Ren Xi Chen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 28 minutes of play, Ozanköy u21's Ren Xi Chen made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Holger Vennerlund was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, one of Gnesta Oilers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gnesta Oilers. Holger Vennerlund had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Anders Eriksson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kasper Vallman during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 35 played minutes Gnesta Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Vallman. If Ren Xi Chen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holger Vennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ren Xi Chen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Holger Vennerlund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Landro, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44thth minute of the game Ren Xi Chen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ren Xi Chen scored 0-4 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Holger Vennerlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Gnesta Oilers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ozanköy u21 were winning 0-4.

Ren Xi Chen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Holger Vennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ren Xi Chen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Holger Vennerlund made a huge save. Ren Xi Chen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Vennerlund read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. If Ren Xi Chen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Ren Xi Chen put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Holger Vennerlund. Holger Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ren Xi Chen in the 75th minute of the match. Ren Xi Chen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ren Xi Chen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Holger Vennerlund was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ren Xi Chen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 91 minute of play. Holger Vennerlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ren Xi Chen's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ren Xi Chen in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Holger Vennerlund saved Gnesta Oilers from getting behind. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Ren Xi Chen sped through Gnesta Oilers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Holger Vennerlund. When the final whistle sounded Ozanköy u21 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gnesta Oilers.
