Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Blomstermåla BK's Per Åström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Keld Paulsen was a little too slow when Per Åström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 2nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Nordstedt in the 5th minute of play. Keld Paulsen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Per Åström in the 6th minute. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great ball. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Arnulfo Ongile tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Per Åström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Åström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tim Nordstedt in the 22nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Per Åström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blomstermåla BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Per Åström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keld Paulsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Ongile went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Blomstermåla BK's Per Åström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 32 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Nordstedt came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnulfo Ongile could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Blomstermåla BK's Karl-Åke Lidström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertram Svenningsen to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Mathias Ludvigsen got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Denmark's Mathias Ludvigsen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mathias Ludvigsen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Denmark protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mathias Ludvigsen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Denmark! After 74 minutes Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tim Nordstedt who took care of the corner kick. In the 75th minute Zé Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Per Åström put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Keld Paulsen. Leonard Smed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Kenn Skou hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The Blomstermåla BK fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Blomstermåla BK's Per Åström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 90 played minutes Blomstermåla BK got a freekick which was hit by Pär Skoglund. Arnulfo Ongile blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keld Paulsen having to make a save. After 97 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou.
