Custódio Lando hit a great ball. In the 3rd match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert McNeill to maneuver through the defense. Teodoro Maurito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18th play minutes Ivó Caetano shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Alexander Higgins and just under the crossbar into goal. Hernani Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Jacinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivó Caetano got free with Alexander Higgins in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alexander Higgins was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivó Caetano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 31 minute of play. Alexander Higgins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Jacinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ashton Nelson hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Desert Fury's Miguel Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivó Caetano in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Ivó Caetano made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Ivó Caetano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Desert Fury's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scotland the free kick. A collision led to Desert Fury getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ivó Caetano hit a great ball. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Desert Fury's Ivó Caetano. But to his dismay, Ivó Caetano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When Robert McNeill fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scotland's protests and gave Robert McNeill a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert McNeill to maneuver through the defense. When Desert Fury's Ivó Caetano in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Scotland's goalie prevented a goal. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivó Caetano in the 86th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Scotland's zone, Hernani Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal and Hernani Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Jack MacKinnon got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Hernani Correia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Scotland's Alexander Higgins didn't even have to move. Alexander Higgins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivó Caetano, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Ivó Caetano notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Scotland's Alexander Higgins. Alexander Higgins was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Desert Fury walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
