Khalid Kennedy was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Yaman Akar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yaman Akar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Yaman Akar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Khalid Kennedy came out and tried to block the shot, but Yaman Akar slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaman Akar in the 17th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastián Torrico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Cox in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by England's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Dănilă was slow to take the kick. During this time GreenUnited's players had a chance to rest. England's Khalid Kennedy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save England from getting a goal against them. Micah Macdonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, 白星奕 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastián Torrico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Issac Dawson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of England booed when GreenUnited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. 白星奕 didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Cooper Thompson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the game, GreenUnited's Max Farr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Khalid Kennedy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Max Stevens to make the kick off. 62 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Cox came free, but Sebastián Torrico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Issac Dawson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. GreenUnited's Joao Zuazo was substituted for Max Farr. GreenUnited's Emanuel Nisio was substituted for Daniel Dănilă. In the 66th minute, Issac Dawson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to GreenUnited getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Simeon Parks hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, England was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Micah Macdonald to maneuver through the defense. Sebastián Torrico stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kyle Cox's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Emanuel Nisio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Micah Macdonald got free with Sebastián Torrico in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Joao Zuazo came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Emanuel Nisio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Cooper Thompson hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Joao Zuazo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Khalid Kennedy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 97th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The GreenUnited fans cheered their team off the field, for while England had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
