Pinto Cofresi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Maya in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pinto Cofresi saved SuperBarça from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Edgard Maya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pinto Cofresi was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 22nd minute, Esteban Theodore made a precise shot to the right of Pinto Cofresi. SuperBarça's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Innocenzio Barcenas hit a great ball. Pinto Cofresi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pinto Cofresi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Trabado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ataulfo Quintero fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SuperBarça's protests and gave Ataulfo Quintero a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Ataulfo Quintero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Behe Ruisuarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, SuperBarça's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Trabado came free, but Pinto Cofresi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes of play, Mesere's Xosepin Uruñuela made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pinto Cofresi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Xosepin Uruñuela got free with Pinto Cofresi in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
