The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Maurino Feria fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fußball Klub's protests and gave Maurino Feria a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Fußball Klub got a freekick which was hit by Maurino Feria. Fußball Klub's Donzel Abasalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grigoris Ntinopoulos in the 10th minute of play. Thodoris Polimenakos took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donzel Abasalo. Donzel Abasalo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. RO Army V55's Marin Duna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tyrone González in the 15th minute of play. Vaggelis Kefalogiannis hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Marin Duna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Ludwiczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jaime Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. RO Army V55's Marin Duna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Ludwiczak in the 28th minute of play. After some careless play in the RO Army V55 defense, Tyrone González kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marin Duna. The RO Army V55 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marin Duna should have stopped the shot. Jaime Cabral hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Katsadramis in the 40th minute of play forced Fußball Klub's goalkeeper Donzel Abasalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, RO Army V55's Thodoris Koutsoures seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Thodoris Koutsoures the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of RO Army V55 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Thodoris Koutsoures had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of RO Army V55:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fußball Klub:s goal. The referee gave Fußball Klub a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Prudencio Policarpio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of RO Army V55's Marin Duna. 2-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giannis Katsadramis to make the kick off. Marin Duna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Cabral in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the RO Army V55 defense, Prudencio Policarpio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marin Duna. The RO Army V55 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marin Duna should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Mateusz Ludwiczak recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marin Duna. Mateusz Ludwiczak showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. Giannis Katsadramis hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 75 minutes, Tyrone González mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fußball Klub and the RO Army V55 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Fußball Klub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tyrone González to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Cabral struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Marin Duna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fußball Klub. In the 83rd minute, Jaime Cabral reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marin Duna. The goal made the score 2-6. In the 87th minute, Helmuth Duckadam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in RO Army V55's zone, Prudencio Policarpio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marin Duna came out of the goal and Prudencio Policarpio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tyrone González in the 94th minute of play forced RO Army V55's goalkeeper Marin Duna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marin Duna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Cabral in the 95th minute. When the match was over Fußball Klub could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than RO Army V55 throughout the match.
