A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Paquito Berti hit a great ball. Cai Fei Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Cambiasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Cai Fei Cheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Cambiasso in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eate Azcaraso in the 27th minute of play forced BAIRES's goalkeeper Anibal Cambiasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paquito Berti kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, BAIRES's Ubaldo Cambiasso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cai Fei Cheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 32nd match minute, Mesere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Innocenzio Barcenas to maneuver through the defense. Cai Fei Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Cambiasso in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mesere's Innocenzio Barcenas got a free kick in the 36th minute. Cai Fei Cheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Cambiasso in the 37th minute of play. A hard shot 42 in the game by Esteban Theodore from a close distance when the talented Anibal Cambiasso managed to make a qualified save. BAIRES's players were relieved. 43 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Cambiasso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cai Fei Cheng. Mesere's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Cambiasso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Genaro Cambiasso to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Mesere's goalkeeper Cai Fei Cheng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genaro Cambiasso. Paquito Berti hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Cai Fei Cheng made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Ubaldo Cambiasso sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, BAIRES's Lúcio Cambiasso got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Behe Ruisuarez struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Anibal Cambiasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mesere. 67 minutes into the match, BAIRES's goal looked a bit too open when Behe Ruisuarez came free, but Anibal Cambiasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Opilano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Cai Fei Cheng made a huge save. Cai Fei Cheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Opilano, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Mesere's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Opilano came free, but Cai Fei Cheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anibal Cambiasso came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Mesere's Esteban Theodore. But to his dismay, Esteban Theodore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 82nd minute, Genaro Cambiasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cai Fei Cheng was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Cai Fei Cheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Cambiasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Mesere supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BAIRES's performance. The match ended with a win for BAIRES.
