In the 3rd minute, Anfilogino Trombatore left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa Gordiani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Hortensia FCG's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Canzano came free, but Luisito Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Hortensia FCG defense, Anfilogino Trombatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luisito Ramirez. The Hortensia FCG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luisito Ramirez should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Hortensia FCG getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Anacleto Lalla hit a great ball. Luisito Ramirez came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Gordiani's Anfilogino Trombatore. But to his dismay, Anfilogino Trombatore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luisito Ramirez came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Gordiani's Franco Cacciatore. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anfilogino Trombatore in the 26th minute of play forced Hortensia FCG's goalkeeper Luisito Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Hortensia FCG got a freekick which was hit by German Llorenc. After having played for 33 minutes, Agustin Iraido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hortensia FCG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agustin Iraido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Fabrizio Canzano notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Hortensia FCG's Luisito Ramirez. Luisito Ramirez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hortensia FCG's Luisito Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Trombatore in the 38th minute of play. Agustin Iraido's late challenge caught a Villa Gordiani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Iraido helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Hortensia FCG got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Iraido. After 41 minutes of play, Villa Gordiani's Fabrizio Canzano made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisito Ramirez was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.

The wind increased when Agustin Iraido made the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabrizio Canzano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luisito Ramirez. That made the score 0-8 in the 58 minute of play. Luisito Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Canzano, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Luisito Ramirez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Trombatore in the 67th minute of the match. Luisito Ramirez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Canzano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Ramirez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Trombatore in the 69th minute of play. Julio Napier charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Napier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 70 played minutes Hortensia FCG got a freekick which was hit by Julio Napier. Luisito Ramirez came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Gordiani's Fabrizio Canzano. But to his dismay, Fabrizio Canzano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. In the 75thth minute of the game Fabrizio Canzano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hortensia FCG's Luisito Ramirez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute, Villa Gordiani's Anfilogino Trombatore ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luisito Ramirez. Luisito Ramirez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. 80 minutes into the match, Villa Gordiani's Ciro Esposito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luisito Ramirez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 82 minutes of play, Villa Gordiani's Fabrizio Canzano made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisito Ramirez was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the game, Villa Gordiani's Franco Cacciatore nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luisito Ramirez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. Villa Gordiani's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
