The goalkeeper, Maxime Durand, was totally fooled by Que La Gente Crea's Murilo Messias, who 3 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience was convinced that Evander Vester's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evander Vester in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Que La Gente Crea booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Robiquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frank Peletier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cristian Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Evander Vester cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Maxime Durand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. France's Maxime Durand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save France from getting a goal against them. Que La Gente Crea were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Murilo Messias took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Vilibald Hamřík got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maxime Durand quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Que La Gente Crea's Cristian Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Laurin charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodoro Laurin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Que La Gente Crea's zone, Frank Peletier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Vale came out of the goal and Frank Peletier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Que La Gente Crea getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Vilibald Hamřík hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Peletier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Que La Gente Crea's Evander Vester got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Que La Gente Crea's Cristian Vale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 54th minute of play. Que La Gente Crea's Teodoro Laurin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Henry Robiquet in the 60 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 64th minute of play forced Que La Gente Crea's goalkeeper Cristian Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remy Dupuy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Evander Vester left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Que La Gente Crea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Que La Gente Crea made a substitution. Hernan Bembe replaced Murilo Messias. 74 minutes in the game Vilibald Hamřík did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Tanausu Vasconcelos. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Que La Gente Crea's Evander Vester. But to his dismay, Evander Vester quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evander Vester in the 78th minute of play. Evander Vester's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Evander Vester put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Maxime Durand. 90 minutes into the game, Que La Gente Crea's Evander Vester nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. In the 93rd match minute, Que La Gente Crea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Erramu to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the game, Que La Gente Crea's Evander Vester nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-1. The Que La Gente Crea support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
