When Sandro Galishoff fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austria's protests and gave Sandro Galishoff a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Austria got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Galishoff. Fabio Auer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulises Guipuzkoa went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Waldemar Brataniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Austria's Fabio Auer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tostão Mota in the 14th minute of play. Ulises Guipuzkoa took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Karol Serwacki hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Tostão Mota received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabio Auer came out and tried to block the shot, but Tostão Mota slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 23rd minute. When Marc Kronecker fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austria's protests and gave Marc Kronecker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Marc Kronecker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldemar Brataniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Austria's Marc Kronecker got his second yellow card of the match in the 31st minute. The referee ordered Marc Kronecker off the ground. After a rather tough play, Austria's Marc Kronecker got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Austria's zone, Wieslaw Kempski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Auer came out of the goal and Wieslaw Kempski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Auer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Guipuzkoa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 41st minute, Yrjö Junkka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yrjö Junkka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Auer having to interfere.

After 55 minutes of play, Janusze's Yrjö Junkka made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Auer was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 64th minute, Yrjö Junkka made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. After 68 minutes of play, Janusze's Waldemar Brataniec made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Auer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the match, Waldemar Brataniec notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Austria's Fabio Auer. Fabio Auer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Janusze's Sylwester Ostrowski was substituted for Waldemar Brataniec. Janusze made a substitution. Wincenty Sokolski replaced Wieslaw Kempski. Sylwester Ostrowski scored 12-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabio Auer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Ulises Guipuzkoa made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 13-0. Janusze's Olaf Jarmulowicz was substituted for Yrjö Junkka. If Ulises Guipuzkoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee ignored Austria's protests and gave Rafael Riedl a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Austria fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! There was no doubt that Janusze were the better team. Janusze's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
