After 3 played minutes, Torbellino's Ovidio Lucian shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rik Numan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Torbellino reached it. Toni Stühling charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Toni Stühling the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mijdrecht Maffia getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Toni Stühling hit a great ball. Gaston Aztore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rik Numan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Veto, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Rik Numan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Torbellino booed when Mijdrecht Maffia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Kaptein didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Torbellino's Adan Veto in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mijdrecht Maffia's goalie prevented a goal. Marcel Blanc came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Wilfredo Mikelar could save by the left post. After 18 played minutes Torbellino got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Aztore. After 20 played minutes Torbellino got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Hustaz. The long shot by Gerard Oost in the 20th minute really tested Wilfredo Mikelar's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marcel Blanc scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilfredo Mikelar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcel Blanc hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Rik Numan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Aztore in the 26th minute of play. After 32 played minutes Toni Stühling rounded Torbellino's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Wilfredo Mikelar came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Mijdrecht Maffia's Marcel Blanc. But to his dismay, Marcel Blanc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Gerard Oost struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Wilfredo Mikelar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mijdrecht Maffia. Marcel Blanc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Wilfredo Mikelar made a huge save. Wilfredo Mikelar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Blanc, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Wilfredo Mikelar made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Marcel Blanc sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Adan Veto made the kick off in the second half. Wilfredo Mikelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Oost in the 59th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Mijdrecht Maffia's Gertjan Theisens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilfredo Mikelar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Torbellino's Wilfredo Mikelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Kuijsten in the 76th minute of play. After 80 minutes of play, Mijdrecht Maffia's Marcel Blanc made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfredo Mikelar was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Blanc in the 84th minute of play forced Torbellino's goalkeeper Wilfredo Mikelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mijdrecht Maffia's Toni Stühling in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torbellino's goalie prevented a goal. Mijdrecht Maffia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
