In the 30th match minute, ≮王者归来≯恒方FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 陶超俊 to maneuver through the defense. Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Morro Grande E.C from getting a goal against them. 任锋南 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Brodel having to interfere. The throw-in from Ronaldinho Meira in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ≮王者归来≯恒方FC's 陶超俊. Gláuber Brodel was a little too slow when 任锋南 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 1-0.

陈岚锋's late challenge caught a Morro Grande E.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 陈岚锋 helped the player get up and apologised. Alfredinho Vieira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but 郝誉南 made a huge save. Morro Grande E.C's Toninho Soeiro was substituted for Kaká Sampaio.
