In the 19th minute, 龚广镇 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kukombo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 龚广镇 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Giuseppe Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giuseppe Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by 龚广镇 in the 28th minute. 龚广镇s short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Giuseppe Esteves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 32nd minute of the match Luis Tome shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giuseppe Esteves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when 龚广镇 got free with Giuseppe Esteves in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by SE Palmeiras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 龚广镇 was slow to take the kick. During this time Kukombo FC's players had a chance to rest. Giuseppe Esteves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustav Ramfjord's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. SE Palmeiras's Michel Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 43 minutes, Robinho de Sena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SE Palmeiras and the Kukombo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes SE Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Robinho de Sena. When the match had been going on for 48 minutes, Kukombo FC's 龚广镇 got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Giuseppe Esteves. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Gustav Ramfjord who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SE Palmeiras's Giuseppe Esteves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 龚广镇 struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Giuseppe Esteves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kukombo FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustav Ramfjord in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Giuseppe Esteves saved SE Palmeiras from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gustav Ramfjord in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giuseppe Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute of the match, Michel Marques got a very nice opportunity to score, but David Baur was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Michel Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, 龚广镇 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kukombo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but 龚广镇 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giuseppe Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredo Vieira during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfredo Vieira hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Gustav Ramfjord managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kukombo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustav Ramfjord was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 龚广镇 in the 81st minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Giuseppe Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kukombo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 龚广镇 in the 84th minute. Gustav Ramfjord sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kukombo FC's David Baur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredinho Reis in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Ramfjord in the 94th minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Giuseppe Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kukombo FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SE Palmeiras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
