Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Merengue FC's Aquiles Urtsin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Darwin Núñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Merengue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuele Kunz came free, but Bayan Gugovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aquiles Urtsin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo von Känel kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the game, Merengue FC's Ediberto Sampaio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 15th minute Aquiles Urtsin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aquiles Urtsin succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Urtsin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Switzerland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuele Kunz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aquiles Urtsin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Aquiles Urtsin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hias Nüssli was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hias Nüssli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Urtsin in the 45th minute of the match. Ediberto Sampaio took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.

Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Urtsin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Switzerland's Samuele Kunz got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Merengue FC booed when Switzerland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Wiesendanger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ediberto Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Switzerland's attentive Jacinto Maurer managed to snatch the ball when Darwin Núñez made a throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game. Bayan Gugovski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jacinto Maurer. After a rather tough play, Merengue FC's Darwin Núñez got a free kick in the 76th minute. Hias Nüssli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Darwin Núñez went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 82 minutes, Ediberto Sampaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merengue FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ediberto Sampaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Aquiles Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Merengue FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Urtsin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hias Nüssli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacinto Maurer was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel got a free kick in the 88th minute. Aquiles Urtsin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hias Nüssli having to make a save. Aquiles Urtsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
