Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cafu Barral kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Lakers FC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Hamílton Camargo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Metod Mlynar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Slovakia's supporters rose to their feet, but Metod Mlynar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulão Corrêa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Metod Mlynar took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulão Corrêa. Paulão Corrêa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Fabinho Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. After some careless play in the Lakers FC defense, Oliver Holub kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paulão Corrêa. The Lakers FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paulão Corrêa should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute, Hamílton Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Oliver Holub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudinho Queiroz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Henrich Slany firmly grabbed it by the left post. 39 minutes into the match, Claudinho Queiroz notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulão Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metod Mlynar, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Kornel Jahoda got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Metod Mlynar to make the kick off. Álvaro Paiva's late challenge caught a Slovakia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 minutes, Hamílton Camargo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lakers FC and the Slovakia players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hamílton Camargo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Slovakia's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Lakers FC had won, even though Slovakia had held more of the ball.
