The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dan Burdulea charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dan Burdulea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Dan Burdulea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Denmark booed when ABK Black Warriors73 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Txartiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Virgil Stănoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Niculae Miclescu came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niculae Miclescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. 84 minutes into the game, ABK Black Warriors73's Ilie Dumitrescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ilie Dumitrescu in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denmark's Lars Steen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Iustin Poalelungi, made in the 89th minute of the game. ABK Black Warriors73's Angelo Baciadonne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 89th minute of play. Niculae Miclescu succeeded in the game's 91st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ABK Black Warriors73 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Denmark had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
