Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Victor Chan sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Chan in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germany's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zafran Chuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Redbourn AFC's players had a chance to rest. Redbourn AFC's Zafran Chuan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Azam Yeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Redbourn AFC's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afiz Teo came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronn Yi-Sheng in the 19th minute of play. After 21 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zafran Chuan who took care of the corner kick. Redbourn AFC's Zafran Chuan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tommy Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 27th minute of play. Victor Ching kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Germany's Albin Holweck got a free kick in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Azam Yeo got free with Tommy Kahn in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Chan was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Afiz Teo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. Afiz Teo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute of the match Germany got a corner. Redbourn AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danial Koh in the 79th minute of the match. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Chan in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Chan came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Afiz Teo having to make a save. Afiz Teo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 88th minute. Afiz Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Redbourn AFC were the better team. Redbourn AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
