In the 2nd minute, Emanuel Lucila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Di Muzio in the 3rd minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lu Yang Nan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nubecitas FC's goalkeeper Christodoulos Karabogias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvestre Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lu Yang Nan, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Hélder de Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Peli having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Nubecitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Puigdellivol to maneuver through the defense. If Arturo Arano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dominik Fink hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Christodoulos Karabogias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toro Martínez in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Silvestre Peli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toro Martínez made a kick off. Nubecitas FC's Adrian Söderqwist was substituted for Petri Marrero. Nubecitas FC's Eduardo Tuzzio was substituted for Fausto Roca. 69 minutes into the match, Nubecitas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Kopacz came free, but Christodoulos Karabogias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Di Muzio kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jordi Ferrari got free with Silvestre Peli in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Szymon Pyrzyce in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christodoulos Karabogias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Czeslaw Kopacz took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christodoulos Karabogias. Christodoulos Karabogias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Despidida AFC fully deserved thier win.
