In the 3rd minute Ronaldinho Fenomeno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Kojder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Fenomeno came free, but Edmund Kojder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmund Kojder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 9th minute, Nistor Sârban reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Oliverio Kahn. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 14th minute, Nistor Sârban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliverio Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmund Kojder saved Rega Merida CF from getting behind. In the 19th minute, Emanuel Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to AS Pikachuzim getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Eric Ramires hit a great ball. Nistor Sârban might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliverio Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nistor Sârban ran back to his position shaking his head. Oliverio Kahn made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Nistor Sârban sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Edmund Kojder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, AS Pikachuzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Arruda to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the game, Nistor Sârban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Oliverio Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ronaldinho Fenomeno was the one to do the kick off. Rega Merida CF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Ronaldinho Fenomeno scored to the left of an out of position Edmund Kojder, making the score, 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Fenomeno in the 57th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Edmund Kojder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliverio Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nistor Sârban in the 61st minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's Ronaldinho Fenomeno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmund Kojder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. La Piszczek replaced Filcho Dzhagarov. AS Pikachuzim's Arif Oğuz Semdin was substituted for Ronaldinho Fenomeno. AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Lauro Cearense replaced Santos Rallo. Rega Merida CF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leonello Messias in the 71st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of AS Pikachuzim's goalie and right to Dominik Wincek. AS Pikachuzim's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Edmund Kojder successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 88 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Nistor Sârban came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oliverio Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After 91 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Facundo Campa. Edmund Kojder made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Luciano Sarmento sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the match, Arif Oğuz Semdin notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Rega Merida CF's Edmund Kojder. Edmund Kojder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmund Kojder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Oğuz Semdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. AS Pikachuzim were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
