An unexpectedly hard shot by Luan Pombo in the 9th minute of play forced AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Oliverio Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goal looked a bit too open when Danell Mackiathan came free, but Oliverio Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. AS Pikachuzim were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Chinese CJ Youth Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Santos Rallo took the corner. After taking down the ball on AS Pikachuzim's corner Ronaldinho Fenomeno fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Abad quite easily take care of the ball. AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 19th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Turgut Soyuer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of AS Pikachuzim's Oliverio Kahn. Oliverio Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, AS Pikachuzim's Wiliam Furtado got a free kick in the 29th minute. Luan Pombo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliverio Kahn having to interfere. David Abad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Furtado in the 32nd minute. Oliverio Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danell Mackiathan in the 33rd minute of play. If Ronaldinho Fenomeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oliverio Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut Soyuer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliverio Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Turgut Soyuer struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Oliverio Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chinese CJ Youth Academy. An unexpectedly hard shot by Turgut Soyuer in the 42nd minute of play forced AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Oliverio Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 played minutes AS Pikachuzim got a freekick which was hit by Eric Ramires. In the 48th minute Chinese CJ Youth Academy were awarded a corner. Danell Mackiathan went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Danell Mackiathan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oliverio Kahn quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Luan Pombo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oliverio Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. Danell Mackiathans short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Oliverio Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Danell Mackiathan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AS Pikachuzim made a substitution. Lauro Cearense replaced Santos Rallo. AS Pikachuzim's Luciano Sarmento was substituted for Eric Ramires. A collision led to AS Pikachuzim getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jacinto Veiga hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danell Mackiathan in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oliverio Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oliverio Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danell Mackiathan in the 75th minute of play. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Danell Mackiathan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oliverio Kahn in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. David Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Oliverio Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Turgut Soyuer's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. David Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Sarmento in the 91st minute of play. Arif Oğuz Semdin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Abad having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's goalkeeper Oliverio Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Turgut Soyuer. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
