The audience was convinced that Witalis Tamulewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aloísio Mesquita was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. 7 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Tamulewicz came free, but Aloísio Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudinei Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Espen Granerud made a huge save. Minotauro were furious when Sandro Quintal was red carded, 23 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Minotauro! If Witalis Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Minotauro's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Tamulewicz came free, but Aloísio Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Minotauro's Aloísio Mesquita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Tamulewicz in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Hahay booed when Minotauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Videl Pando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hahay's Arkadiusz Walec was substituted for Walery Roman. Minotauro's Tales Vasconcelos was substituted for Chicão Corrêa. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Witalis Tamulewicz to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Witalis Tamulewicz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute, Witalis Tamulewicz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Minotauro's Aloísio Mesquita proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Minotauro from getting a goal against them. Aloísio Mesquita was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Witalis Tamulewicz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Witalis Tamulewicz really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Minotauro's goalkeeper Aloísio Mesquita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eliseu Peres charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseu Peres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Witalis Tamulewicz got free with Aloísio Mesquita in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Minotauro's Aloísio Mesquita got control of the ball when Witalis Tamulewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudinei Brito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Espen Granerud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Minotauro getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Eliseu Peres hit a great ball. Hahay's Konrad Huk was substituted for Witalis Tamulewicz. After 85 played minutes Minotauro got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu Peres. Konrad Huk did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Aloísio Mesquita 87 minutes into the match. When Hahay's Konrad Huk in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Minotauro's goalie prevented a goal. Hahay were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Minotauro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Iwan Skaradoski took the corner. The Minotauro fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hahay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
