Duarte de Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A sloppy throw-in by Frank Senna in the 29th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by C.A Huracan's Angelo Mosen. Dadá Maravilha took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duarte de Barros. In the 33rd match minute, Minotauro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chicão Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. Timoteo Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duarte de Barros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, C.A Huracan's goal looked a bit too open when Tales Vasconcelos came free, but Natã Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Minotauro defense, Timoteo Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duarte de Barros. The Minotauro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duarte de Barros should have stopped the shot. Angelo Mosen came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Duarte de Barros could save by the left post. Elvio Panpili who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Duarte de Barros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Duarte de Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duarte de Barros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timoteo Machado's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Duarte de Barros came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by C.A Huracan's Elvio Panpili. But to his dismay, Elvio Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-8. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Machado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duarte de Barros was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Frank Senna hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. C.A Huracan played a much better game than Minotauro and deserved their victory. The Minotauro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
