Ryan Tan started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Ryan Tan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dida Taffarel. Ryan Tan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Martins in the 8th minute of play. Afiz Teo came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins. But to his dismay, Alfredo Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Redbourn AFC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Martins in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afiz Teo saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. Afiz Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Moraes in the 13th minute of play. If Alfredo Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Afiz Teo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's Ryan Tan got a free kick in the 17th minute. Alfredo Martins struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Afiz Teo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marquês de Herval. In the 20th minute, Ryan Tan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Redbourn AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dorian Moraes came free, but Afiz Teo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Moraes in the 23rd minute of play. Alfredo Martins might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afiz Teo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfredo Martins ran back to his position shaking his head. Afiz Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fariz Swee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afiz Teo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Moraes in the 27th minute of play. John Chong kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Afiz Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moussa Kabre, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorian Moraes in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Afiz Teo saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. If Shah Dyce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Afiz Teo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Martins's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Lorenzo Mendebal charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lorenzo Mendebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 42nd match minute, Marquês de Herval was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Mendebal to maneuver through the defense. Afiz Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.
John Chong's late challenge caught a Marquês de Herval's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. John Chong helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Redbourn AFC's John Chong got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Afiz Teo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Moussa Kabre. Lorenzo Mendebal struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Afiz Teo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marquês de Herval. Dorian Moraess short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Afiz Teo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 57th play minutes Alfredo Martins shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Afiz Teo and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 61st minute, Marquês de Herval's Dorian Moraes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorian Moraes got free with Afiz Teo in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Dorian Moraes put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Afiz Teo. Lorenzo Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Afiz Teo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorian Moraes in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Afiz Teo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 72 minutes Redbourn AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Moussa Kabre who took care of the corner kick. Dorian Moraes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of Afiz Teo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Martins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afiz Teo was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryan Tan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorian Moraes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Afiz Teo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Ron Boon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afiz Teo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Martins in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Redbourn AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Moussa Kabre was slow to take the kick. During this time Marquês de Herval's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached German Cano at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Redbourn AFC. 1-5. In the 92nd minute, Alfredo Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Redbourn AFC's Afiz Teo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Martins in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner. Moussa Kabre went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Redbourn AFC's goalie and right to German Cano. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Redbourn AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
