Luka Ljubenković started the match with the kick off. Branislav Velchevski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luka Ljubenković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Elpidio Francis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atahan Balon was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Atahan Balon had great luck who in the 10thth minute grab hold of the ball when Elpidio Francis from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Los Muchachos del 86's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Petrică Măcriș took the corner. The corner led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Bonifacio Suarez getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Atahan Balon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Francis in the 14th minute of play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Petrică Măcriș in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atahan Balon. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Jérémie Boix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Branislav Velchevski was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Soon in the 22nd minute of play. Branislav Velchevski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jérémie Boix in the 24th minute of the match. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jérémie Boix in the 27th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atahan Balon was left in no man's land by his defense there! 40 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Luka Ljubenković came free, but Branislav Velchevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Muchachos del 86's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristian Urtzi in the 41st minute. After taking down the ball on Los Muchachos del 86's corner Cristian Urtzi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Branislav Velchevski quite easily take care of the ball. 43 minutes into the game, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atahan Balon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. A collision led to Los Muchachos del 86 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Babbis Boukouvalas hit a great ball. Atahan Balon came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis. But to his dismay, Elpidio Francis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. André Monclús was the one to do the kick off. Asiz Soon kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute of the match Petrică Măcriș sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atahan Balon skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, Los Muchachos del 86's Branislav Velchevski threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Asiz Soon, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's André Monclús got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Luka Ljubenković kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Branislav Velchevski. That made the score 5-1 in the 65 minute of play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting a goal against them. Babbis Boukouvalas hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 71st minute of the game was made by Babbis Boukouvalas with Albino Peruanton as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA from getting a goal against them. Atahan Balon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from André Monclús went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Sander Tielemans replaced Asiz Soon. If André Monclús had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atahan Balon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Monclús, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. André Monclús struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Atahan Balon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA. André Monclús's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Muchachos del 86's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Petrică Măcriș was slow to take the kick. During this time ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's players had a chance to rest. Branislav Velchevski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Jacob, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, André Monclús notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon. Atahan Balon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's André Monclús got a free kick in the 94th minute. Los Muchachos del 86's Fabio Bencivenni got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Branislav Velchevski was out of position in the 98 minute of play, and Sander Tielemans capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sander Tielemans really showed his touch with that goal: 8-2. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
