In the 21st minute Hernan Lano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Esteban Vadillos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist got control of the ball when Belo Alvarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Espadas came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Delmar Mayor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.D. Alcorcón's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soroca F.C. the free kick. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soroca F.C.'s Dan Wennerqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leroy Antunez in the 36th minute of play. Dan Wennerqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leroy Antunez in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Leroy Antunez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dan Wennerqvist. Leroy Antunez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 43 minutes into the match, Hernan Lano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maurino Serena. A.D. Alcorcón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernan Lano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrián Espadas made a kick off. A throw-in in the 54th minute of the game was made by Nereo Acosta with Emmanuel Otero as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 58 minutes into the game, Adrián Espadas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maurino Serena. Adrián Espadas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana was substituted for Natxo Cacheres. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Răzvan Necula replaced Adrián Espadas. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Godofredo Quilino replaced Gustavo Tartalo. Belo Alvarez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurino Serena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Soroca F.C.'s Iordanis Karatzaferis got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Dan Wennerqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Răzvan Necula kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maurino Serena should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes in the game, Răzvan Necula fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Maurino Serena having to interfere. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Răzvan Necula in the 88th minute of the match. When Soroca F.C.'s Iordanis Karatzaferis in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. After 95 minutes of play, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maurino Serena was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Soroca F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A.D. Alcorcón throughout the match.
