Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Proteu's Ronaldinho Ramos has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 4th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dida Dantas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Tasso in the 11th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 played minutes Proteu got a freekick which was hit by Evandro Guedes. Dida Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Ezequiel Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Tasso in the 23rd minute of play. The throw-in from Chris Mergenthaler in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Proteu's Eriberto Fonseca. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Tasso in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dida Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 33 minutes, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Holweck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dida Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Proteu getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Alexsandro de Carvalho hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Albin Holweck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Germany fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The Proteu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Germany were winning 0-2.

Dida Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 75th minute of play. Proteu's Dida Dantas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Proteu from getting a goal against them. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dida Dantas having to make a save. Frank Sachs charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Sachs the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Frank Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Germany booed when Proteu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dida Dantas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Dantas having to interfere. When the match was over Germany could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Proteu throughout the match.
