Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. Salvador Malheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuido Undusk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Les Presidents FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durval Aparecido in the 10th minute of play. Kuido Undusk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 11th minute of play. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 12th minute. A nice corner shot did that Kees Mooiweer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kuido Undusk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kuido Undusk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Hermelando Coellos short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Arnout Reekers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 17 minutes Les Presidents FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. In the 22nd minute Durval Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregory Thielemans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. In the 31st minute Les Presidents FC were awarded a corner. Marcus Pihl went to the cornerflag to take it. When Les Presidents FC's Durval Aparecido in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. Les Presidents FC's Kuido Undusk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 42nd minute of play. Hermelando Coello might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnout Reekers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hermelando Coello ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermelando Coello to make the kick off. If Hermelando Coello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 56 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Durval Aparecido came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durval Aparecido in the 64th minute of the match. Durval Aparecido spun around in front of the goal 65 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Netherlands's goal. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durval Aparecido in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Netherlands's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marcus Pihl was slow to take the kick. During this time Les Presidents FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 92nd minute Hermelando Coello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kuido Undusk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Les Presidents FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
