Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Francesco Marines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 8th minute of play. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sonny Perkins in the 10th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Perkins came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sonny Perkins received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maxime Durand came out and tried to block the shot, but Sonny Perkins slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 15th minute. In the 18thth minute of the game Sonny Perkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francesco Marines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Sonny Perkins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henry Robiquet charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Robiquet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, France's Henry Robiquet got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Sonny Perkins came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sonny Perkins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Maxime Durand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Sonny Perkins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Sonny Perkins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 30th minute of the match Henry Robiquet completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Henry Robiquet a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 33 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Hakkı Makbul. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Perkins in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Glenn Hysén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sonny Perkins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sonny Perkins in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sonny Perkins made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Sonny Perkins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Maxime Durand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sonny Perkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience was convinced that Sonny Perkins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. The Quetzal Flyers Hammers fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. David Barbier was slow to take the kick. During this time France's players had a chance to rest. 73 minutes into the match, Sonny Perkins notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mehmet Hakkı Makbul hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Quetzal Flyers Hammers fans cheered their team off the field, for while France had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
