Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Seggiano's Enzo Delle Donne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hias Nüssli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Fabrizio Mazzocco in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer. Daniele Massaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Switzerland's Rodrigo von Känel got a free kick in the 11th minute. Hias Nüssli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godo Møltoft in the 15th minute. When Seggiano's Enzo Delle Donne in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an all-out effort, Seggiano's Hias Nüssli threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Enzo Delle Donne, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Seggiano's Daniele Massaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hias Nüssli. That made the score 3-0 after 28 minutes of play. When Seggiano's Daniele Massaro in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Seggiano's Fabrizio Mazzocco got a free kick in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Seggiano's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Iseli came free, but Andrea Moschetta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seggiano's Godo Møltoft got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Godo Møltoft hit a great ball. Daniele Massaro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Hias Nüssli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Samuele Kunz was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Levi von Herren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Switzerland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seggiano the free kick. Levi von Herren kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute Enzo Delle Donne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Delle Donne came free, but Hias Nüssli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Massaro in the 87th minute of play forced Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Delle Donne in the 88th minute of play. Seggiano had played much better football throughout.
