The supporters of Polly Magoo Juniors booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robin Fagrell's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Fagrell helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Polly Magoo Juniors defense, Frank Sachs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Markus Fågel. The Polly Magoo Juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Markus Fågel should have stopped the shot. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 27 minutes Polly Magoo Juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Holweck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 38 in the game by Mauro Otsoa from a close distance when the talented Tommy Kahn managed to make a qualified save. Germany's players were relieved. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mauro Otsoa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 44 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mauro Otsoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Bergman in the 78th minute of play. When Robin Fagrell was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. Polly Magoo Juniors's Markus Fågel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Polly Magoo Juniors from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Polly Magoo Juniors the free kick. Adrian Dreifuss kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
