In the 11th minute Karol Antoszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philip Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Milian got free with Philip Doyle in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 14 minutes into the game, ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★'s Paulo Milian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Philip Doyle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★ booed when Ballybunion Celtic F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tipraite Costello didn't get a good kick on the ball. ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Froilan Jacob showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cormac Dillon in the 30th minute of the match. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Jacob prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★. Froilan Jacob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conleth Tracy in the 37th minute of play. Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s Philip Doyle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Ballybunion Celtic F.C. from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Antoszewski in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Philip Doyle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Milian made a kick off. Philip Doyle came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by ★ Łα ¢αηтєяα ∂єℓ ρσятσ ★'s Karol Antoszewski. But to his dismay, Karol Antoszewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 57th minute, Brannon Gillmour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Karol Antoszewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Philip Doyle was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Normando in the 61st minute of play forced Ballybunion Celtic F.C.'s goalkeeper Philip Doyle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Karol Antoszewski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1.
