In the 9th minute Lars Hammarberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niki Van Hoeyvelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Holger Vennerlund managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when KFC Paal-Tervant's Charl Delcroix fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 11 played minutes Gnesta Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Per-Åke Lundgren. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Charl Delcroix put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Holger Vennerlund. In the 20th match minute, Gnesta Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Vallman to maneuver through the defense. Charl Delcroix in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Holger Vennerlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 25 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Holger Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jason Nys. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Lundgren in the 28th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Niki Van Hoeyvelt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gnesta Oilers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Charl Delcroix scored to the left of an out of position Holger Vennerlund, making the score, 2-0. Niki Van Hoeyvelt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kasper Vallman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. KFC Paal-Tervant's Niki Van Hoeyvelt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Hammarberg in the 36th minute of play. Niki Van Hoeyvelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper Vallman in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Lars Hammarberg got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to Gnesta Oilers getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Per-Åke Lundgren hit a great ball. Holger Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolaas Van Hamme in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Åke Lundgren made a kick off. 51 minutes in the game Jurgen Bernardts did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nicolaas Van Hamme. Holger Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charl Delcroix in the 52nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Lars Hammarberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niki Van Hoeyvelt. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niki Van Hoeyvelt should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kasper Vallman got free with Niki Van Hoeyvelt in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niki Van Hoeyvelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Åke Lundgren in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Charl Delcroix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Holger Vennerlund was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 68th minute Lars Hammarberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niki Van Hoeyvelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charl Delcroix in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Holger Vennerlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Charl Delcroix sped through Gnesta Oilers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Holger Vennerlund. Nicolaas Van Hamme hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jurgen Bernardts during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gnesta Oilers booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jurgen Bernardts didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Per-Åke Lundgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niki Van Hoeyvelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolaas Van Hamme came free, but Holger Vennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gnesta Oilers's Erik Lundqvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rudy Verheije, made in the 83rd minute of the game. Reinaert Leempoels, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 86 minutes into the game, KFC Paal-Tervant's Charl Delcroix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Holger Vennerlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. The supporters of KFC Paal-Tervant booed when Gnesta Oilers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Reinaert Leempoels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Paal-Tervant's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reinaert Leempoels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Kasper Vallman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niki Van Hoeyvelt was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. After 95 played minutes Gnesta Oilers got a freekick which was hit by Birger Skoglund. KFC Paal-Tervant were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Gnesta Oilers for a fine match.
