Holger Vennerlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. John Dahlquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Tombolo Wa Kadima Ruchthanatuchaiiakul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ceferino Gomar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brzeźnica Lynx's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Gomar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Holger Vennerlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Ceferino Gomar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zbyszek Witkowski spun around in front of the goal 41 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Gnesta Oilers's goal. After 44 played minutes Brzeźnica Lynx got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Purzycki. Brzeźnica Lynx's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucjan Walentowicz in the 53rd minute. After taking down the ball on Brzeźnica Lynx's corner Lucjan Walentowicz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Holger Vennerlund quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund got control of the ball when Radoslaw Purzycki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tombolo Wa Kadima Ruchthanatuchaiiakul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Ove Söderström in the 56th minute of the match. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Holger Vennerlund as he didn't even see the shot coming. 63 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goalkeeper Holger Vennerlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceferino Gomar. 65 minutes into the game, John Dahlquist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gnesta Oilers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brzeźnica Lynx the free kick. An unexpected shot in the 67th minute by Zbyszek Witkowski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some careless play in the Brzeźnica Lynx defense, Karl-Ove Söderström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tombolo Wa Kadima Ruchthanatuchaiiakul. The Brzeźnica Lynx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tombolo Wa Kadima Ruchthanatuchaiiakul should have stopped the shot. Gnesta Oilers's Holger Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Gomar in the 73rd minute of play. Zbyszek Witkowski in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Holger Vennerlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 74 played minutes Brzeźnica Lynx got a freekick which was hit by Radoslaw Purzycki. Brzeźnica Lynx were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Gnesta Oilers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lucjan Walentowicz took the corner. If Karl-Ove Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
