The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rúben Fagundes in the 2nd minute of play forced Vc Brye's goalkeeper Henri-Patrick De Mare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Gabríel Vassaras notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of RumpBell's Wincent Trac. Wincent Trac was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wincent Trac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabríel Vassaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Gabríel Vassaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Trac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rúben Fagundes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henri-Patrick De Mare having to make a save. Wincent Trac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fox 鲁迅 in the 24th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Henri-Patrick De Mare successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 41st minute Robert De nuijter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Trac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wincent Trac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert De nuijter, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabríel Vassaras to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Vc Brye's goal looked a bit too open when Rúben Fagundes came free, but Henri-Patrick De Mare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd play minute Gabríel Vassaras came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wincent Trac. 0-3. After a rather tough play, RumpBell's Gustaw Kosakowski got a free kick in the 54th minute. Gabríel Vassaras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Wincent Trac made a huge save. After having played for 59 minutes, Rúben Fagundes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RumpBell's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rúben Fagundes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hardo Vatsar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, RumpBell's Wincent Trac got control of the ball when Gabríel Vassaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gabríel Vassaras got free with Wincent Trac in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wincent Trac made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fox 鲁迅 in the 68th minute of play. Fox 鲁迅 took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Trac. Wincent Trac dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Vc Brye made a substitution. Christiaan Poortmans replaced Bart-Jan Ablij. 79 minutes in the game, Gabríel Vassaras fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Wincent Trac having to interfere. Wincent Trac showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabríel Vassaras, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gabríel Vassaras in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wincent Trac, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hardo Vatsar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, RumpBell's goalkeeper Wincent Trac had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabríel Vassaras. 94 minutes into the game, Gabríel Vassaras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wincent Trac. Gabríel Vassaras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Vc Brye's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
