But to his dismay, Bass Dost quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Babilonia FC's Bass Dost got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Haritz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Teo Llorenc was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, one of Babilonia FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Babilonia FC. In the 31st minute, 盛世 高文竞 made a precise shot to the right of Cirilo Deunoro. Babilonia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 35th minute 盛世 高文竞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cirilo Deunoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Babilonia FC's Silvio Turi got a free kick in the 37th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 盛世 高文竞 in the 38th minute of play forced Babilonia FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Deunoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Deunoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 盛世 高文竞, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 盛世 高文竞 struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Cirilo Deunoro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NFC Eagles 22. In the 46th match minute, Babilonia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Turi to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andres Haritz to make the kick off. Raymond Schouten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cirilo Deunoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 55 played minutes Babilonia FC got a freekick which was hit by Bass Dost. After having played for 55 minutes, Ted Jansen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NFC Eagles 22's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Jansen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Raymond Schouten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Cirilo Deunoro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. NFC Eagles 22's 盛世 高文竞 got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, NFC Eagles 22's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Lugo came free, but Ciccio Tacconi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cirilo Deunoro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 盛世 高文竞 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 71 minute of play. Babilonia FC made a substitution. 董正迪 replaced Angelo Lugo. Cirilo Deunoro made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Raymond Schouten sent off a good shot on target. Cirilo Deunoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 盛世 高文竞 went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. 86 minutes into the game, NFC Eagles 22's 盛世 高文竞 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cirilo Deunoro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-8. After a rather tough play, Babilonia FC's Andres Haritz got a free kick in the 88th minute. NFC Eagles 22's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
