Dito Novaes made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Camillo Sciarretta sent off a good shot on target. In the 8th minute Douglas Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Hustaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Camillo Sciarretta took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dito Novaes to make any attempt to save it. 14 minutes into the match, Black Sails's goal looked a bit too open when Leontin Prelipceanu came free, but Justino Hustaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dito Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Berry Bliss in the 19th minute of play. Justino Hustaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Thedin in the 21st minute of the match. Virgilio Bingen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Dito Novaes made a huge save. In the 24th minute Alvin Thedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Hustaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tang Fan Song got free with Dito Novaes in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Berry Bliss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, VARGINHA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Ribota to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match Berry Bliss sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dito Novaes skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Paiva in the 35th minute of play forced Black Sails's goalkeeper Justino Hustaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Dito Novaes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 39th minute Camillo Sciarretta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berry Bliss in the 43rd minute of play forced VARGINHA FC's goalkeeper Dito Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by VARGINHA FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Berry Bliss was slow to take the kick. During this time Black Sails's players had a chance to rest. Dario Delfino made a great header on Black Sails's corner, it was just that VARGINHA FC's Dito Novaes managed to reach the ball for a save. Justino Hustaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Camillo Sciarretta dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dito Novaes, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgilio Bingen was the one to do the kick off. In the 62nd minute Alvin Thedin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Hustaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Justino Hustaz throw himself and got hold of the ball when Alvin Thedin in the 66thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Alonzo Urtzi replaced Camillo Sciarretta. In the 71st minute Berry Bliss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dito Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rdth minute of the game Berry Bliss who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VARGINHA FC's Dito Novaes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 74th minute Black Sails were awarded a corner. Berry Bliss went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Berry Bliss got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dito Novaes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Black Sails's Adolfo Federigo got a free kick in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Josué Paiva sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Justino Hustaz threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Josué Paiva this time. Justino Hustaz made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Alvin Thedin sent off a good shot on target. Alvin Thedins short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Justino Hustaz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Dito Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonzo Urtzi in the 90th minute of the match. Dito Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Urtzi in the 94th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the VARGINHA FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Black Sails.
