Christer Waaler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bennvar Elin went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Christer Waaler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bennvar Elin in the 17th minute. A collision led to Åsnes getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Pejman Zahedi hit a great ball. In the 18th minute, Bennvar Elin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Mattis Magic Team getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Wojciech Jaroszewicz hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, John-Einar Bøen notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mattis Magic Team's Konrad Bubczyk. Konrad Bubczyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 28 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Komornicki came free, but Christer Waaler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Åsnes's goalkeeper Christer Waaler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pawel Raszek. Åsnes's Christer Waaler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Trigo in the 31st minute of play. Mattis Magic Team were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Åsnes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Sierocki took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Roch Komornicki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christer Waaler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. John-Einar Bøen kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Bennvar Elins short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Christer Waaler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tor-Kristian Fosse hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Mattis Magic Team's Bennvar Elin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Christer Waaler. That made the score 3-1 after 39 minutes of play. With splendid footwork Pawel Raszek arrived in front of goal to shoot 4-1 by the left pole in the game's 42nd minute. If Bennvar Elin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 49 played minutes Åsnes got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Kenneth Woll. An unexpected shot in the 49th minute by Bennvar Elin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bennvar Elin to make the kick off. In the 58th minute, Pawel Raszek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christer Waaler was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. If Unax Viado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bennvar Elin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christer Waaler having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Bennvar Elin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Christer Waaler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute Bennvar Elin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Waaler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bennvar Elin scored 8-1 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christer Waaler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Åsnes's Christer Waaler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pawel Raszek in the 74th minute of play. If Maurício Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Fredrik Hebnes got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åsnes's goalkeeper Christer Waaler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christer Waaler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pawel Raszek's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. After having played for 91 minutes, Maurício Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mattis Magic Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurício Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 98th match minute, Mattis Magic Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Unax Viado to maneuver through the defense. Mattis Magic Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
