Christer Waaler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Skoglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. A collision led to I Rossoneri getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Stig-Arne Stenman hit a great ball. Adam Bergdal kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Christer Waaler came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by I Rossoneri's Linus Skoglund. But to his dismay, Linus Skoglund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Åsnes's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
