In the 27th match minute, NFC Eagles 22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Houwing to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, NFC Eagles 22's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Rustad came free, but Ciccio Tacconi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raymond Schouten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Christer Waaler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan-Kenneth Woll made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Martin Rustad immediately put the ball in play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tor-Kristian Fosse to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Åsnes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Raymond Schouten fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Christer Waaler came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by NFC Eagles 22's 盛世 高文竞. But to his dismay, 盛世 高文竞 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Raymond Schouten might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christer Waaler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raymond Schouten ran back to his position shaking his head. After 64 minutes, 盛世 高文竞 made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Åsnes's Christer Waaler tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 67 minutes, 盛世 高文竞 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NFC Eagles 22's supporters crossed their fingers, but 盛世 高文竞 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Raymond Schouten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Christer Waaler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes NFC Eagles 22 got a freekick which was hit by Emil Houwing. Christer Waaler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 盛世 高文竞 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 73 minute of play. 盛世 高文竞 kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute, 盛世 高文竞 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute 盛世 高文竞 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Waaler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. NFC Eagles 22's 盛世 高文竞 got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 盛世 高文竞 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joeri Donderwinkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Christer Waaler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of NFC Eagles 22 booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position.
