Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Baran Bilge Ergunalp in the 3rd minute of play forced San Gwann Birlik's goalkeeper Samim Esentürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Ekber Çubukcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zikri Erincer made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Zülfü Gürgen sent off a good shot on target. In the 11thth minute of the game Ali Vedat Ongul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Platingucu SK's Zikri Erincer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ali Vedat Ongul sped through Platingucu SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zikri Erincer. 15 minutes into the match, Platingucu SK's goalkeeper Zikri Erincer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zülfü Gürgen. Samim Esentürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baran Bilge Ergunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Tuncer Polatalp hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind San Gwann Birlik's goalkeeper Samim Esentürk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Platingucu SK's Zikri Erincer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Vedat Ongul in the 23rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Özbek Settar during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zülfü Gürgen got free with Zikri Erincer in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Platingucu SK getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bekir Dağhan hit a great ball. Zikri Erincer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ender Turcan in the 27th minute of play. Tuncer Polatalp scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samim Esentürk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ali Vedat Ongul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Zülfü Gürgen managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Gwann Birlik's supporters rose to their feet, but Zülfü Gürgen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zikri Erincer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Zülfü Gürgen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Zikri Erincer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Derviş Ensar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Zikri Erincer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Ali Vedat Ongul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zikri Erincer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

San Gwann Birlik made a substitution. Mariusz Kocieniewski replaced Zülfü Gürgen. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariusz Kocieniewski was the one to do the kick off. Samim Esentürk made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Tuncer Polatalp sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the game, San Gwann Birlik's Mariusz Kocieniewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zikri Erincer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. San Gwann Birlik made a substitution. Wasyl Cwynar replaced Ali Vedat Ongul. In the 64th minute, Mariusz Kocieniewski made a precise shot to the right of Zikri Erincer. Platingucu SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Zikri Erincer came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by San Gwann Birlik's Mariusz Kocieniewski. But to his dismay, Mariusz Kocieniewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Platingucu SK's Tuncer Polatalp got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Baran Bilge Ergunalp in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Mert Bumba kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. San Gwann Birlik's Samim Esentürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özbek Settar in the 88th minute of play. If Baran Bilge Ergunalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tuncer Polatalp's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Samim Esentürk skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. San Gwann Birlik's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
