In the 4th minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Helmut Lossimäe. Fc Kertzfeld's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Major Barna took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helmut Lossimäe. Helmut Lossimäe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Anthony Jougla sent off a good shot on target. After 21 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Helmut Lossimäe was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Florent Sorlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 28th minute of play forced Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fc Kertzfeld's Helmut Lossimäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute Joël Rétière shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Fc Kertzfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Helmut Lossimäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute Joël Rétière shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Katona Janos hit a great ball. When Edgar de Toledo fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Kertzfeld's protests and gave Edgar de Toledo a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Joël Rétière made the kick off in the second half. When Joël Rétière fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Kertzfeld's protests and gave Joël Rétière a yellow card for diving instead. Joël Rétière hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florent Sorlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Takacs Tibor hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Helmut Lossimäe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 57th minute. Helmut Lossimäe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antal Valentin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joël Rétière in the 61st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Helmut Lossimäe made a huge save. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 71 minutes, Takacs Tibor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Takacs Tibor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Valentins short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Helmut Lossimäe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iurie Mardare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iurie Mardare went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Fc Kertzfeld's Wesley Donato was substituted for Joël Rétière. Iurie Mardare struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Kertzfeld. Edgar de Toledo was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
